Product Key Explorer Retrieves V.1.9.6

The search for the product key is now a 100% native C# app, whereas in the previous version it was a web app and did not always work. The app is light on the resources and for example does not use the full JavaScript engine included in Windows 10.

We have a number of products as part of the Ansys suite. We have installed version 19 of the license server, but the clients are still detecting version 18.
