Ingredients:
Goody Chicken stock powder: 5.0 g
Goody whole peeled tomatoes (canned): 200.0 ml
Extra-virgin olive oil: 7.5 g
Minced garlic: 3.5 g
Dry oregano: 0.1 g
Diced onion: 50.0 g
Water: 108.3 ml
Granulated sugar: 1.3 g
Black pepper powder: 0.3 g
Coarsely chopped fresh basil: 2.0 g
Cooking cream: 7.5 ml
Milk: 6.3 ml
Instruction:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and dry oregano and cook for 30 seconds. Next, add diced onion and cook for about 8 minutes until it becomes translucent. Pour in canned Goody whole peeled tomato with juice, Goody chicken stock powder, and sugar, and bring the mixture to a low simmer. Cook the soup uncovered for about 12 minutes or until it thickens. Add cooking cream, milk, and coarsely chopped fresh basil. Season the soup with salt and black pepper according to your taste. Finally, use a hand blender to puree the soup until there are no chunks left.
